Cheddar cheese is a yellow hard cheese made from sheep, cow or goat milk. Consumed mostly in Turkey and Greece. Cheddar cheese can be eaten on its own for breakfast, or used in sandwich or even grated to give flavor to pasta or pita. It is consumed shortly after fresh cheddar is made.
